In Short

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas.
  • Execute a solution-based sales process across commercial mature accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing customers.
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand Smartsheet's footprint.
  • Expand brand awareness at various organizational levels.
  • Facilitate partnerships with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.
  • Create and maintain Joint Engagement Plans for strategic deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools to implement a territory plan.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full sales cycle management in the SaaS space.
  • 3+ years of experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Understanding of the SaaS evaluation process.
  • Experience working with multiple functional departments.
  • Ability to research accounts for upselling opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM and BI software.
  • Passion for new technologies and technical concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
