• Lead and inspire the Smartsheet Design System (SDS) team.

• Promote the importance of design systems across the organization.

• Oversee migration of existing capabilities to SDS.
• Build and empower a high-performing design team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading design system teams.
• 6+ years of experience mentoring UX teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with Design Technologists and Engineers in an enterprise environment.
• Strong partnership and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Deep understanding of design principles and technology frameworks.
• Expertise in developing business cases using data and insights.
• Strong people management and talent development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for influencing senior leadership.
