In Short

• Own financial analysis related to Smartsheet’s lead funnel across Marketing and Product-generated sources.
• Build models and dashboards connecting funnel data to financial outcomes.
• Provide forward-looking insights for marketing spend and customer acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret trends and ensure data alignment.
• Support forecast inputs and scenario planning based on funnel assumptions.
• Guide process improvements for lead funnel data collection and usage.
• Synthesize findings into executive-ready insights and presentations.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance; SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics such as CAC and ROI analysis.
• Experience with large data sets and turning them into business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools like Planful or Anaplan.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A knack for influencing others and driving better data processes.
