Partner Marketing Manager (SEMEA) - Remote

Overview

Smartsheet is hiring for a Partner Marketing Manager for Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa (SEMEA) to join the Partner Marketing team as a full-time contractor based in the United Kingdom for a period of twelve months. This role will work with partners in France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the Middle East and Africa to build a pipeline with Smartsheet, focusing on in-person and virtual event campaigns.

In Short

• Coordinate with the Global Partner Marketing team and EMEA Partnerships organizations.
• Create bespoke marketing plans and campaigns with designated partners.
• Lead regional marketing events to support partner recruiting and engagement.
• Provide guidance to partners on marketing resources available to them.
• Counsel partners on best campaign fit for their target buyer personas.
• Help partners execute selected campaign types, including in-person and virtual events.
• Assist partners with campaign lead nurture and deal registration.
• Support the Partnerships team with thought leadership programs.
• Compile and manage reporting on new-logo and expansion deals.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS corporate environment.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years experience in field and/or partner marketing.
• Experience delivering high-quality, strong pipeline-producing events.
• Familiarity with lead generation best practices across various campaign types.
• Understanding of partner lead nurture processes.
• Knowledge of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) workflows.
• Familiarity with the IT channel as a route to market.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in French is required.
• Comfortable presenting to colleagues and partners.
