FP&A Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The FP&A Senior Financial Analyst will support the financial objectives of Mirantis by working closely with the FP&A team and other departments, providing financial and analytical support.

In Short

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor performance and perform variance analysis.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide financial expertise.
• Develop strategic partnerships with senior executives.
• Participate in FP&A process automation and tool optimization.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and management reports.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team for month-end close activities.

Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with subscription/SaaS business metrics preferred.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in financial modeling.
• High integrity and a passion for continuous improvement.
