The Commercial Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales efforts across diverse business segments, including Financial Services, Media, Education and more. This position is tailored for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and embrace innovation.

In Short

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with customer stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute tailored, long-term strategies that align with customers' business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align resources and efforts to meet customer needs.
  • Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of the company’s solutions.
  • Drive business expansion within existing accounts by fostering strong relationships.
  • Engage with midmarket organizations of 250 - 15,000 employees.
  • Contribute to the company’s growth journey with tailored training and career development opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Midmarket Sales.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and build relationships that deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
  • Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
