Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive the company’s growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management, particularly in international markets.

In Short

• Drive business/go-to-market activities.
• Supervise all stages of the sales process until closure.
• Oversee outbound activities like prospecting and events.
• Collaborate with the PMO Team to address client needs.
• Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ processes.
• Negotiate contracts with clients.

• Prepare reports for the Head of Sales.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales and IT industry.
• Fluent in English and French.
• International exposure and tech enthusiasm are a plus.
• A good questioner and fast learner.
• Hard-working, responsive, and self-driven.
