Senior Java Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our international team and contribute to the enhancement of existing JAVA applications and the development of new solutions.

In Short

• Review existing systems and propose improvements.
• Collaborate closely with team members.
• Enhance and upgrade JAVA applications.
• Develop solutions that meet requirements.
• Communicate with external customers as needed.
• Write application specifications and requirements.
• Conduct testing and monitor applications post-deployment.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with JAVA technologies.
• Familiarity with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and JAVA server-side technologies.
• Experience with JAX-WS, REST, and JSON.
• Knowledge of MySQL; Oracle/Tibero is a plus.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design patterns.
• Experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, and Sonarqube/Fortify.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and AWS deployment.
• Experience with on-premise deployment (Jboss/Tomcat).
• Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
