Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the banking domain and requiring excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

In Short

• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to design solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and propose improvements.
• Support system implementation and UAT coordination.
• Act as a subject matter expert in banking processes.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide domain expertise.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years in the banking/financial services domain.
• Strong understanding of banking products and processes.
• Hands-on experience with requirement elicitation and process modeling.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in banking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
