Overview

We are looking to add a Business Development Representative to our dynamic, dedicated, and talented sales team. This role focuses on generating opportunities for our sales team related to SmartBug’s services.

In Short

  • Prospecting sales expertise to strengthen outbound activity.
  • Manage the top of the sales funnel and qualify prospects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams while working remotely.
  • Demonstrate exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Manage self-sourced leads using tools like LinkedIn Navigator and HubSpot.
  • Build partnership relationships with HubSpot and other partners.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and a repeatable sales process.
  • Qualify and identify target audiences through research.
  • Craft personalized messages to engage prospects.
  • Build trust and maintain transparent communication with prospects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Marketing experience preferred, not required.
  • Understanding of agency operations experience.
  • Prospecting and closing new business.
  • Multi-approach outbound methodologies.
  • Experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
