Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is a client-facing position responsible for the successful execution of website, integration, and digital projects at SmartBug Media, ensuring delivery within strict deadlines and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact and project owner for clients and internal teams.
• Oversee and manage project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Track and manage project budget and schedule, proactively addressing variances.
• Lead project discovery and deliverable review calls with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and manage project action items, issues, and risks.
• Ensure that client goals and requests are aligned with the contractual scope of work.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction rates and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate activities across various teams, including creative, development, SEO, and quality assurance.
• Provide detailed feedback to internal resources to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or production within an agency or client services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to direct project resources.
• A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
• Hands-on experience with project management systems (e.g., Teamwork, Jira, Asana).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CMS is an asset.
