Overview

Edlio is a fast-paced software development company looking for a smart, energetic, supportive, and dynamic Project Manager to oversee website implementation projects for educational organizations.

In Short

• Responsible for the overall scope, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of website implementation projects.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure projects are completed according to quality standards.
• Serve as the interface between customers and creative staff.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle management.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams for new features.
• Track emerging AI tools and methodologies.
• Identify risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Continuously improve internal processes and project management practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its applications.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with agile and/or scrum methodologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity.
• Background in K-12 education or EdTech.
