• Oversee technical aspects of software solutions within the Professional Archive Search Team.
• Deliver functionality that empowers clients to meet compliance needs.

• Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable software solutions.

• Manage and deploy applications in Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues ensuring high availability of services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience with search technologies like Solr or ElasticSearch.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, and Groovy.
• Experience with Kubernetes and MS SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux Services and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Experience leading Agile teams and Scrum methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
