In Short

• Build scalable processes for customer on-boarding and post sales success.
• Track and manage all implementation projects with our large enterprise customers.
• Develop healthy customer relationships through proactive support.
• Quantify product feedback to drive improvements.
• Create customer loyalty through proactive support.
• Advocate for commercial customers through understanding their needs.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins.
• Ensure expansions and renewals through proactive support.
• Ability to travel 40% of the time.
• Ability to obtain Part 107 certificate.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working within DOT regulations.
• Working knowledge in surveying and construction progress monitoring.
• Proven track record of implementing new technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
