The HR Business Partner - Retail (West Coast) serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to retail leaders, focusing on employee relations, coaching, and ensuring fair people practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Retail HR or HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and investigations.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
