Overview

We are seeking a Temp Recruiter (Contract) to support our high-volume and fast-paced hiring needs across corporate functions. This individual will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of recruiting experience in fashion, beauty, or CPG.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for brand, product, and culture.
