The Regional Director is a senior field leadership role responsible for leading a multi-market region and shaping how SKIMS operates at scale, ensuring brand execution and operational excellence.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Retail Leadership Team and HQ partners.
  • Proven experience in retail management and multi-unit leadership.
  • Ability to travel regularly (up to 75%).
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 7 - 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail.
  • Track record of building and retaining Store Leaders.
  • Experience in supporting new store openings and regional expansion.
  • Deep understanding of the retail industry.
  • Exceptional communication and accountability.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability.
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong field presence with hands-on leadership capability.
