As a P&C Business Partner for Retail, you will act as a strategic partner to regional managers and field retail employees, applying innovative people practices to achieve business objectives.

• Serve as the main P&C Business partner to Retail leaders in the USA-West region.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience in retail and/or hospitality.
• Strong relationship navigation skills with data leverage expertise.
