The Senior Manager, Specialty Sales - USA is responsible for leading and executing strategies for specialty sales in the US, focusing on team development, partnership growth, and brand representation.

In Short

  • Lead and execute the strategy for Specialty in the US.
  • Develop and lead a team of Territory Managers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Specialty retailers.
  • Set seasonal objectives for in-store presentation and service.
  • Contribute to the regional strategy for various specialty initiatives.
  • Partner with trade marketing for seasonal strategies.
  • Manage team budgets and expenses.
  • Collaborate on accurate forecasting plans.
  • Travel across the US to strengthen partner relationships.
  • Advise on new business opportunities and long-term vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience in strategic account management.
  • Excellent people leadership skills.
  • Experience in various distribution forms.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
