Overview

The Specialty Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving identification and adoption of new procedures for the da Vinci surgical system, partnering with sales leadership and staff in Clinical Sales and Capital Sales.

  • Conduct executive presentations in hospitals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and training teams.
  • Overnight travel required 2-3 days/week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Strong clinical knowledge across multiple surgical specialties.
  • Excellent communication and selling skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity and influence peers.
  • Fluent in local language and English.
  • Track record of individual sales excellence.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Effective collaboration across a broad organization.
  • Overnight travel required.
