As a Senior Allocations Coordinator at ARC’TERYX, you will play a crucial role in the sales and distribution processes by collaborating with various teams to ensure that strategic accounts receive the right products at the right time, enhancing the guest experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in an Allocations Coordinator or Dealer Service role.
• Knowledge of order book management processes.
• Experience with SAP, specifically S/4 HANA.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to mentor and train peers.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a self-directed environment.
• Proactive communication with customers.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
