Overview

The Producers Guild of America is seeking a Senior Arbitrations Coordinator to join our team to assist in managing the submission of films and television content for the Producers Guild Awards and Producers Mark. As a Senior Arbitrations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in organizing every aspect of the arbitration process that determines the eligibility of individuals for producing honors.

In Short

  • Manage submissions for the Producers Guild Awards and Producers Mark.
  • Organize the arbitration process for eligibility determination.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on projects and initiatives.
  • Handle legal document management and coordination.
  • Maintain the Arbitrations Calendar and update records.
  • Assist in drafting and managing legal documents.
  • Provide support in the Producing Partnership Process.
  • Engage with producers and staff effectively.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of legal and/or administrative experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior writing skills and knowledge of English grammar.
  • Excellent organizational skills and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in managing data and generating reports.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google suite.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Positive and self-motivated attitude.
