Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and convincing Senior HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and contribute to the implementation, analysis, and optimization of HR processes.

In Short

• Act as a strategic and tactical partner for management and employees in HR matters.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop HR standards and processes.
• Implement, analyze, and optimize HR processes in your areas of responsibility.
• Responsible for the conception and execution of HR projects.
• Prepare and analyze HR-related evaluations and derive appropriate measures.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in Human Resources.
• Structured and analytical working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Confident and service-oriented communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to our branches in Germany.
