Senior Agent Digital Sales - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Agent Digital Sales (m/f/d) to play a key role in driving our digital sales performance at SIXT. In this role, you will take ownership of digital sales activities across multiple channels, actively manage online leads, and support our customers throughout their digital journey.

In Short

• You support day-to-day operative tasks within our digital sales segment for B2B customers
• You contribute to the development and refinement of ideas to optimize our digital sales channel
• You act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing reliable support in resolving issues
• You support with reporting and data analysis, helping to identify trends and optimization potential within the US market
• You serve as a key interface between our US-based telesales team and the digital sales unit, ensuring alignment and collaboration

Requirements

• Previous Experience: You have several years of professional experience in digital sales or customer support
• Organizational Skills: Strong understanding of digital sales processes and customer-centric thinking
• Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to drive actionable insights from data
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or other BI/reporting tools
• Language Skills: You have Fluent English skills
