Join our global Customer Service Team at SIXT and support our customers with rental processes worldwide, utilizing your service skills, intercultural competence, and enthusiasm for international collaboration.

In Short

• Provide individual support to international private and corporate clients.
• Answer complex customer inquiries and written complaints in German and English.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and actively drive customer loyalty.
• Act as a contact for international customers in escalation cases.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to find solutions.

Requirements

• Enjoy customer contact and work independently, solution-oriented, and service-oriented.
• Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and very good English.
• Organizational talent, resilient, and highly reliable.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Proficient in common MS Office programs.
