Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant for the DACH market and international markets, you will be responsible for creating excellent customer experiences and enhancing the success of our clients.

In Short

• Provide efficient and effective customer support via email and phone.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
• Investigate and resolve system issues in collaboration with the product department.
• Find creative solutions and de-escalate challenging customer situations.
• Handle cancellation risks and payment-related inquiries.
• Contribute to the optimization of departmental processes.
• Fluent in German and good English skills required.
• Experience in SaaS/software customer support is a plus.
• Structured and organized with good time management.
• Remote-friendly position based in Germany.
