Are you ready to redefine customer service? At SIXT, you will be the contact person for our Corporate Business Support and VIP customers, solving complex inquiries and creating real wow moments.

In Short

• Handle complex inquiries from international corporate clients and VIP customers.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone in German and English.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Engage in a diverse job that actively contributes to the success of the department.
• Be available to work shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Ideally, have initial experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Enjoy customer contact and work independently and solution-oriented.
• Be communicative and enjoy writing and talking.
• Be a reliable team player.
• Possess very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
