Overview

OranjeBor Energie BV is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our growing global team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients, manage collections and overdue payments, oversee account receivables, and serve as our Escrow Representative—coordinating payments and transactions with partners and associates across your designated region.

In Short

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage collections and overdue payments, including negotiating payment plans.
• Review and analyze account receivable reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or related fields.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage financial documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Escrow laws and financial compliance.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
