Customer Support Representative - Remote

In Short

• Conduct demo calls and webinars to understand customer needs in the E-Commerce and SaaS sectors.
• Independently handle support tickets and find customer-oriented solutions.
• Present, sell, and implement our cloud integration solutions in online meetings.
• Work closely with the onboarding and automation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create content such as blog articles, templates, or help pages.

Requirements

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in the SaaS environment.
• Ability to define, track, and achieve realistic goals and KPIs.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in finance or payroll accounting is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar.
