Growth Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager in SaaS - Remote

In Short

• Develop and implement a cross-channel growth strategy (SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Email, etc.)
• Plan and conduct data-driven experiments (A/B tests, landing pages, funnel optimization, new channels)
• Build and scale performance marketing campaigns including budget responsibility (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) with the help of an agency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the entire user lifecycle.
• Monitor and report relevant KPIs (CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, growth marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Data Studio, etc.
• Independent, experimental working style – you love to test things and learn quickly.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Bonus: Experience with financial accounting, payroll, or similar tasks.
