The Growth Marketing manager is responsible for creating, optimizing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across the buyer journey.

• Lead development of campaign assets across email, web, and digital.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track campaigns.
• Utilize core tools like WordPress, Pardot, and Google Analytics.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in B2B or SaaS digital marketing.
• Strong experience supporting GTM teams.
• Proven ability to drive results through campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
