• Experience managing budgets of $1M+.
• Self-leader with the ability to work independently.
• Strong decision-making skills under ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Passion for user acquisition and measurable impact.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
