In Short

Own and manage end-to-end execution of paid digital programs.
Design and optimize digital media campaigns targeting public safety sectors.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for cost efficiency and conversion rates.
Run A/B tests on various campaign elements to improve results.
Design and implement email workflows and retargeting programs.
Collaborate with Product and Content Marketing to create compelling ads and landing pages.
Operate within tools such as HubSpot and Google Ads.
Recommend new channels to improve marketing effectiveness.
4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
