Overview

We are searching for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate Tebra’s demand generation through innovative strategies and execution. This role will focus on optimizing conversion rates across paid media microsites, landing pages, email campaigns, and more.

In Short

  • Design and execute A/B testing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Measure statistical significance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Create and refine high-impact landing pages for paid advertising.
  • Build and manage quarterly experimentation roadmaps.
  • Develop and optimize chat experiences for website visitors.
  • Regularly analyze chat performance metrics.
  • Lead the partnership with chat vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Optimize prospect journeys across paid channels.
  • Stay updated on chat vendor tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization and chat strategy development.
  • Proven expertise in CRO across paid media and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with chat vendor tools.
  • Strong knowledge of landing page builders and CMS systems.
  • Working knowledge of paid media strategies.
  • Skilled in data analysis tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to communicate data insights effectively.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS is a plus.
