Requirements

• Experience in paid social, especially LinkedIn and Meta.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on B2B conversions.
• Basic visual design knowledge for ads and promotional materials.
• Self-sufficient in funnel optimization and testing.
• CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and a team player.
• Fluent in German and business-level English.
