Red Door Pharmacy is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is both strategic and hands-on, focusing on building structured, data-driven campaigns that drive results.

In Short

• Build and automate CRM workflows using Zoho.
• Run paid social and Google Ads campaigns that convert.
• Create and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, video, social).
• Write content (emails, video scripts, landing pages).
• Manage and optimise landing pages and website updates.
• Build simple KPI dashboards (Zoho Analytics or similar).
• Create in-store promotions and signage.
• Capture and analyse customer feedback (Zoho Surveys).
• Coordinate with freelance designers/editors as needed.
• Support new service launches with marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media and online advertising.
• Creative mindset with a focus on results.
