In Short

  • Lead customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement across HCP audience and B2B marketing segments.
  • Own and optimize multichannel campaigns including SEO and paid acquisition.
  • Drive growth of MDLinx’s HCP audience through various channels.
  • Support lead generation and nurture campaigns targeting pharma brand marketers.
  • Partner with data analysts to develop dashboards monitoring key growth metrics.
  • Design and run A/B tests across campaigns.
  • Manage marketing technology tools to enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for aligned marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in growth marketing, preferably in healthtech or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in driving acquisition across multiple channels.
  • Strong skills in A/B testing, marketing automation, and SEO.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Familiarity with HCP audiences and compliance-sensitive environments.
  • Strong analytical and measurement skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities to manage and mentor a team.
