Overview

The Service Desk Administrator is the primary contact for all IT services, handling and resolving service requests for M3 USA Business Units.

In Short

  • Communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
  • Provide one-on-one end-user training.
  • Resolve requests on First Call as often as possible.
  • Assign and route tickets with detailed documentation.
  • Escalate complex technical issues as needed.
  • Troubleshoot network printer and hardware/software issues.
  • Maintain hardware/software inventory database.
  • Assist with service catalog and Knowledge Base.
  • Support desktop installations and onboarding/offboarding tasks.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • CompTIA, A+, HDI, ITIL Training preferred.
  • 1 – 2 Years IT Technical support experience.
