Overview

The Lead IT Service Desk Administrator is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and assets, ensuring network security, and overseeing vendor systems to enhance employee support and productivity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant IT experience or a related degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft systems including Azure AD and remote management.
  • Proven track record in IT helpdesk ticketing processes.
  • Experience with ERP administration and ticket escalation.
  • Familiarity with no-code automation tools like Power Automate.
  • Experience in remote support environments.
  • Ability to respond to security issues effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
