The Senior Service Desk Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of helpdesk tickets.

Requirements

  • Experience with M365 and M365 Admin.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience in desktop and printer support.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
