In Short

• Provide frequent status reports and communication at Bloomreach and with agencies on project status and updates including scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and contingency planning.
• Keep records up to date and hold stakeholders accountable for providing and keeping valid data.
• Updating and maintaining billing records.
• Work cross functionally to drive us forward in our Partner First motion.
• Be customer & partner obsessed, able to work in a fast-paced technology-driven company.
• Enable our partners and internal stakeholders on process & best practices.

Requirements

• Excellent presentation and networking skills to share information and build relationships.
• Experience with project management processes and tools.
• Experience in a customer-facing role and working with agencies or for agencies is desirable.
• An ambition to develop your skills and grow.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Travel will be required across Europe.
