Join Bloomreach as our Finance Director, GTM, and become a key member of the FP&A leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance organization and serve as a strategic thought partner to senior GTM leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• 5 years supporting Sales or GTM functions.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of sales compensation design and commission operations.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Experience with financial systems and tools.
