Overview

The Director, GTM Finance at Headway will partner closely with GTM leaders to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation, mentoring a high-performing team while guiding financial analyses for scalable models.

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Revenue Strategy and Product teams.
• Conduct detailed performance trend analyses.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing GTM finance team.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years in operational roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Experience in GTM, strategic finance, FP&A, or management consulting.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on accountability.
• Passion for leading and developing teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on scalable systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
