Finance Director - Remote

Overview

The Director of Finance will be responsible for establishing core processes, reporting, and analysis for the Aledade Growth team, ensuring effective financial management and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in finance, strategy, and/or healthcare.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with leadership qualities.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Investment banking experience is a plus.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Ability to cultivate relationships as a business partner.
