• Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 1 year of experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodology.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident and Change Management.
• Ability to build automation workflows and business rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified System Administrator (SNOW) qualification.
• Understanding of ServiceNow integrations.
• ITIL Certification - minimum Foundation V3.
