Overview

We are seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join our rapidly scaling APAC operations. Reporting into Singapore, you'll have the autonomy to work independently while managing your workload effectively.

In Short

  • Provide responsive IT support to the employee base.
  • Triage incoming requests and deliver excellent end-user service.
  • Manage Tier 1 service desk ticket queues.
  • Implement the ‘follow the sun’ method to resolve global issues.
  • Ensure tickets are properly diagnosed and resolved within SLA.
  • Contribute to updating internal knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with other Service Desk team members to improve processes.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory.
  • Support escalation team with project-related tasks.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Fresh Service, Jira Service Desk, or Service Now.
  • Experience supporting remote workforce and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Experience with Active Directory is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of CMD/PowerShell commands.
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of device/software security best practices.
