Overview

We are looking for a sharp, trusted, and autonomous Federal Solutions Engineer to support NinjaOne’s expansion into the Public Sector. As an embedded technical partner to our Federal Growth team, you’ll play a critical role in both pre-sales strategy and post-sale onboarding, acting as a key translator between technical buyer needs and the broader Product and Engineering teams.

In Short

  • Own the technical presales experience for Federal and SLED accounts.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and technical deep dives.
  • Support the implementation of the NinjaOne platform for public sector customers.
  • Act as the technical translator between Sales and Product.
  • Assist with RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management.
  • Create and maintain reusable content for future engagements.
  • Represent NinjaOne at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and procurement requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Sales Engineer or Technical Consultant role.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Organized and self-directed.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Windows environments.
  • Working knowledge of Linux and macOS systems.
  • Hands-on experience with RMM tools and ITSM platforms.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
