Expert Network Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Expert Network Project Coordinator assists the Client Service team with day-to-day management of market research studies, ensuring all projects complete on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.

In Short

• Manage and control sampling and fieldwork for projects.
• Execute end-to-end project tasks including link setup and quality checks.
• Address requests from Support Team and stakeholders promptly.
• Attend project meetings to understand specifications and timelines.
• Host market research interviews and ensure timely execution.
• Track and report on sampling performance.
• Design recruitment methodologies for projects.
• Schedule respondents for interviews and troubleshoot issues.
• Support Project Managers with invoicing and project closure.
• Proactively seek solutions for project challenges.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Basic math skills for calculating rates and metrics.
• Interest or experience in the healthcare space.
• Strong critical thinking and initiative.
• Able to work autonomously and in teams.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English required.
