Requirements

• 5+ years in implementation or onboarding roles within a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to master an enterprise SaaS product suite.
• Comfortable steering conversations on software practices.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving challenges.
• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and priority-sensitive.
• Proficient in essential project management principles.
