Customer Onboarding / White Label Sales Manager - Remote

In Short

• Actively listen and understand customer needs during demo calls (2-4 daily) in the E-Commerce and SaaS sectors.
• Present, sell, and implement our cloud integration solutions via online video appointments.
• Work closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Assist our product team by providing feedback for the further development of our software and simplifying it for our users.
• Lead business development and sales initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and discover new ways to engage customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or similar roles.
• Strong team player comfortable in a collaborative environment, capable of setting and achieving realistic goals and KPIs.
• Proactive approach to process optimization with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Bonus: Experience with financial accounting, payroll, or similar tasks.
